Introduction:
Apart from building dialogs in your chatbot, you can also add content from knowledge items to your chatbot. Knowledge items are single turn question-answer pairs that are stored in a separate knowledge base in OBI Bots. You can find the OBI Bots knowledge base under Build > Knowledge.
One knowledge base for multiple bots:
OBI Bots uses one knowledge base for all chatbots in the same language in your project. This way, you only need to create and maintain knowledge items in one place, while still being able to include them in all your chatbots.
