Introduction:

Understanding is that part of OBI Bots where you create, maintain and train your intents and entities. Even though you can create intents and entities directly in the turn editor from within your dialog, when you want to create a large number of them, it's often easier and faster to create them in Understanding.

Understanding:

The understanding window consists of three parts:

• To the left you find the lists section, with the Intents and Entities tab. Here, you can easily browse and search your intents and entities.
• At the bottom left, you can create new intents or entities.
• On the right hand side is the workspace area where you can view, edit and train your intents and entities.
