How to create a clarification flow
Here's what a clarification flow for pizza toppings can look like in OBI Bots:
- The happy flow, where the user's topic request is recognised.
- If the intent isn't matched, the user is directed to no.response.
- There, you can let the bot reprompt with a message like "Sorry, we don't seem to have your choice available, please choose an option from our menu."
- From the reprompt, create buttons for each choice.
- Confirm the user's choice, and continue with your regular bot flow.
