Introduction:
To create a knowledge item, go to Build > Knowledge to open the Knowledge base, and click + Create New item.
- Add a meaningful title for your knowledge item. Your chatbot uses the title for recognition, so make sure that it reflects the actual question as your users would ask it.
- Add a category and a sub-category. Read more about categories and sub-categories here.
- Add meaningful keywords (one keyword each time, confirm with enter). Like the title, the keywords are used for recognition, so enter some words and phrases that your customers are likely to use when they ask for this information.
- Check the Published box to publish this knowledge item and make it available in you chatbots.
- Save your knowledge item.
