Publication Calendar versus Statistics page
It's important to know that changes made to the Publication Calendar do not immediately affect the Statistics page.
The Publish Statistics do not retrieve data via the Publication Calendar but obtain data through linked accounts. It is crucial that your accounts are correctly linked to retrieve these statistics. If your account is not properly linked, we cannot retrieve data, even retroactively.
We recommend linking your social media accounts regularly (e.g., monthly) to ensure they are correctly connected. It is also important to emphasize that Post Synchronization and the Publication Calendar do not impact the Publish Statistics, as these data are obtained through linked accounts.
Note: Statistics from LinkedIn are sent to us by LinkedIn once every 48 hours. Because of this, statistics may vary.
Calendar
In the calendar, you can choose 'today,' 'yesterday,' 'last 7 days,' 'last 14 days,' 'previous month,' 'current month,' or select a 'start and end date.'
When selecting a 'start and end date,' you can choose up to a maximum of one year in the calendar.
Please note! You can select dates up to a maximum of 3 years back.
Save as PDF
You have the option to save your statistics in PDF format. Go to 'Statistics' and select 'Save as PDF'. Please note! Keep in mind that each chart can display a maximum of 100 rows.
Account overview
In the overview graph (above photo) you can see all Twitter and Facebook accounts linked to OBI4wan. For each account you see the number of fans/followers, the fan/follower growth (this can also be negative), the total number of engagements and the total number of impressions.
Tip: Use the filter bar on the left to make certain accounts visible/invisible in this chart. By default, all linked (available for your role) accounts are shown. You can scroll down the chart to load more accounts. You can sort columns by clicking on the arrows behind the column name.
Published content (by type)
Every publication you place on Twitter and Facebook is classified as one content type. This can be text (if no image or video), image (if using image(s)) or video (if using a video, link previews are treated as text). In this chart you can see the total number per type, across all accounts.
Engagements (by type)
This chart shows the aforementioned engagements broken down by type. There are four types:
- Clicks: The number of times a link, image or video was clicked in the publication.
- Shares: The number of times a publication has been shared (Facebook) or retweeted (Twitter).
- Comments: The number of text comments on a publication.
- Likes: The number of likes (Twitter) or reactions (Facebook) on a publication. Comments on Facebook include like, awesome, sad, funny, angry, and stunned.
Impressions
Here you can see the aforementioned impressions broken down by type. The following types are available:
Facebook (the explanation below is taken directly):
- Non-viral: The number of people to whom content from your page has been shown on their screen. This does not include information about when a friend of that person follows or likes your Page, interacts with a post, shares a photo of your Page, or checks in to your Page.
- Viral: The number of people who have seen content from your Page or about your Page on their screens because a friend follows or likes your Page, interacts with a post, shares a photo of your Page, or checks in to your Page.

Facebook (the explanation below is taken directly) and Twitter:
- Organic: The number of people to whom content from your page has been displayed on their screen. The content is placed on the timeline, without paying for it.
- Paid: The number of people to whom content from your page has been shown on their screen. The publication is published as an advertisement, so for a fee.
Fan/Follower growth
In the graph above you can see the fan/follower development of all selected accounts. There are two kinds:
- Like: Someone likes your page (Facebook) or follows your account (Twitter).
- Unlike: Someone who liked your page has unliked this and no longer likes the page (Facebook). For Twitter, it means that the person has unfollowed your account.
Tip:Use the filter bar on the left to view fan development by account or to determine for which accounts you want to view fan development. By default, all linked accounts (available for your role) are looked at.
Postings
In this overview you will find all published Twitter and Facebook content. You will also see a number of statistics for each posted content:
- Date: The date and time the publication was posted.
- Account: The account with which the publication was placed and the first part of the content.
- Type: This corresponds to the information contained in the content per type of chart. Each publication has one type (video, image or text).
- Likes: The number of likes (Twitter) or reactions (Facebook) on a publication. Comments on Facebook include like, awesome, sad, funny, angry, and stunned. Click on the (i) to see the specific responses.
- Engagements: The total number of actions people take regarding your publication (like, share, click, comment).
- Comments: The number of text comments on a publication. Pay attention; these are only the top-level comments, not the subcomments (so there may be a difference compared to the statistics on Facebook).
- Impressions: The number of people who have seen the publication. This does not always mean that the publication has actually been read.
- Shares: The number of times a publication has been shared (Facebook) or retweeted (Twitter).
- Clicks: The number of times a link, image or video was clicked in the publication.
-
Reach: Reach is the number of people who have seen your post at least once.
