Introduction: With the Social Listening feature, you can monitor social media conversations and manage your online reputation.
- Step 1: From the Dashboard, you can view comments under postings, as well as through a Report. You can also see the original posting of a comment, so you know which posting the comment was placed on.
- Step 2: Click on 'View comments' of a posting to see the comments. If you want to view the post above the comments, click on the arrow to expand it.
