Log in to Spotler Engage via https://horizon.obi4wan.com/login.aspx. You need your username, password and Environment name. Your user can be created by the admin of the account within your company.
If it is not possible to log in to Spotler Engage, we are happy to help you with some tips. If you follow these tips, there is a good chance that you will still be able to log in. If it doesn't work, we'll give you the next steps you can take.
You have the option to save your environment name and reveal your password by clicking on the eye icon.
Are you unable to log in using the information below? Please contact the Administrator within your company, as they can send you a new activation link.
You should also inquire whether you are landing on the correct page. They can verify this in your account settings under 'Settings' > 'Users' > '[username]' click on the pencil icon > 'Preferences' > 'Which page after login.' The administrator can choose which page opens when a user logs in.
Forgot Username
The username is case sensitive. Check whether small and/or capital letters are required;
The username was sent to your email when you created your account and you may find this email in your email inbox.

Ask colleagues/other users of OBI Engage how their username is structured. In most environments it looks like this: 'First name Last name' (for example: Peter Jansen) but good to inform internally with which username colleagues log in.
Forgot Password
- Step 1: To reset your password, go to https://horizon.obi4wan.com/login and click on 'Forgot Password.'
- Step 2: Next, enter your username, as well as the name of the environment you're working in. You will then receive an email to reset your password. Click on the activation link in the email to proceed.
- Step 3: Change your password and continue with the login. Ensure that you enter your password accurately by using the eye icon.

Step 4: Don't forget to check whether you want to remember your environment name in your browser by selecting one of these options:
- Remember the last used environment.
- Remember me for 90 days.
