Via Media Monitor > Add posting you manually add an online article to the article database of this environment. For example, because the website cannot be scanned by Spotler Engage for technical reasons. The article you add is then included in the Media Monitor analyses.
Please note:
- Once a manual posting is added, it cannot be deleted or modified! Be careful about who has the right to add manual postings.
- Is the 'Manually add postings' right activated in your role and that of your agents? It's important to determine who is authorized to perform this right, as careful handling is crucial! Navigate to Settings > Roles > 'edit role' > activate/deactivate 'manually add postings in Media Monitor. Don't forget to save! To activate the new settings in your environment, you need to log in again.
- What is the media value and potential reach (optional) of your posting? Since you're manually adding the posting, you'll need to optionally calculate the media value and potential reach yourself. If you leave these fields empty, the media value and potential reach will be automatically calculated! The media value is calculated on a daily basis, divide your media value by 30 days. For more information on media value figures, check out the following help article: Media Value in Media Monitor.
Step 1: Navigate to Media Monitor and go to 'Add Message' on the left menu.
Step 2: Carefully fill in the following fields.
Please note! It's not possible to modify or delete the posting once it's saved.

How can I find my own added postings?
- You can find your publications using the operator contenttype:owned
- Or use the filter option via Contenttype > Own
