Tasks

Navigate to 'Task Overview' on the left > Click on 'Create Task' > Follow the settings:

Select the report to which messages should be labeled. The report determines the dataset to be used. The report is based on a search query and a timeframe, forming the dataset needed for labeling messages.

In the next step, optionally select filters you want to add. The task automatically adopts the filters applied in the report.

Select the task type 'Assign Labels to Messages.' Specify the percentage of messages to be labeled. Choose 100 percent if you want all messages from the dataset to be labeled. Lastly, set the task's time period (optional). The task's end date indicates the deadline for labeling all messages.

Under the 'Recipient' section, select the email of the person executing the task.

Check in the Preview if the settings are correct and click on 'Create Task'.

In the overview, you'll see the created task with the status 'Open'.
