In this support article, we explain how to locate API calls for your environment, allowing the VPN or Citrix application administrator to whitelist them.
VPN and Citrix can impact the responsiveness of your environment and disrupt the claiming process. This is because data passes through the VPN or Citrix, causing delays before others can perceive it. Consequently, messages may be claimed simultaneously due to the slowed data transmission through VPN and/or Citrix.
Step-by-step guide:
- Step 1: Navigate to your environment and open the Developers Toolbar via 'Inspect' by right-clicking.
- Step 2: Go to the 'Network' section and refresh the page. You'll observe a substantial amount of information being retrieved.
Click on any of these, and in the 'headers' section, you'll find a link. This link represents the API call that needs to be added to the whitelist. Depending on the specific stream you want to whitelist, you need to identify the correct API call.
Here's an example of an API call: https://monkey.obi4wan.com/api/v1.0/webcare/streams/
Provide this to your VPN and/or Citrix application administrator.
