How can I generate a post with AI technology?

In the Publishing module, it is possible to generate your messages using AI technology. This will save you a lot of time and ensure that your publications look fantastic! In the following step-by-step guide, we will show you how to get started.

Step 1 Create a new post

In the Publishing module, it is possible to generate messages using AI technology. This saves time and ensures your publications are well-polished.

Navigate to Publish and click on Create post. In the text box, paste or write your content.

Step 2 Content

Click the AI helper button. This opens a list of quick actions to apply to your message:

  • Friendly tone
  • Professional tone
  • Boost engagement
  • Improve CTA
  • Improve clarity
  • Create custom action

The Create custom action option allows you to define your own AI prompt. Enter a title suggestion and provide a custom prompt in the next text box. This prompt can include the desired tone of voice, brand values (keywords that represent your organization's identity), intended goals, and other instructions.

Below the text boxes, there are two toggles:

  • Allow or disallow the AI to use hashtags
  • Allow or disallow the use of emojis

Step 3 Generate post

Select one of the options to generate an AI-created post. If the result doesn’t meet your expectations, click Reset to default to return to your original input. Alternatively, choose another option to regenerate the post.

Once satisfied with the result, click Replace to apply the AI-generated post to your message.
