Canned responses

Do you want to provide specific messages, such as frequently asked questions, with a clear and quick response? Create a Standard Response for this purpose. In this article, you will learn how to create a Standard Response.

Standard Responses are used to answer frequently asked questions quickly. Instead of formulating an answer from scratch each time, you have the option to select an appropriate answer from a database. It is also possible to customize the standard response to make it more personal or add additional information.

Step 1: In the settings of OBI4wan (click on your name in the upper right corner), go to the 'Standard Responses' page.

On this page, click on 'Create New Standard Response' to create an answer. Give the standard response a title and enter the answer you want to use in the text field.

Step 2: By creating a category, you can group standard responses.

These categories are displayed in Webcare next to the response field. For example, use a 'complaints' category to organize all responses and appropriate answers to complaints. During a crisis, you can also create a new category, making it easy for the Webcare team to quickly find the desired answers under this category.
