Via Settings > Alerts you will find an overview of all active alerts. Alerts are set based on a search query, which you can also find in the settings.
The alerts and search queries described in this article are required for using the Webcare Module. For more extensive monitoring options, see the Media Monitor Module.
In this overview you manage the active alerts. On this page you can also see who receives the alert and on which search query(s) the alerts are set. On the right next to the alerts you click on the trash can to delete it.
Set new alert
Step 1: To receive notifications of new messages in OBI4wan via email or SMS, set up an alert.
Navigate to Settings > Queries, click on the alert (bell) icon next to an existing search query.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear where you can choose the type of alert and provide an email address or phone number.
If you want to be notified when a significant number of new messages arrive, indicating a potential issue, select the alert type: 'Alerts when more messages arrive in 1 hour than.'
For example, if an average of 5 messages per hour is typical, you might want to receive a notification only when more than 10 messages arrive in an hour.
Then, enter your email address to receive the notification via email. If you want to use SMS alerts, you need to inform Spotler support, as this needs to be manually configured.
