Tags

In Webcare, you can assign labels to messages, known as "Tags." By adding Tags to messages, you can categorize them for easy organization. Messages with the same Tag can be easily retrieved later, for instance, through a report.

How do I add a new tag?

Click on "Create New Tag" to add a Webcare or campaign Tag. Assign a color to the Tag for clear differentiation between different Tags in Webcare or publishing. Specify whether the Tag should be used in Webcare or in publishing (campaign type). Then, you can save the Tag and use it in Webcare or Publishing.

How do I delete a tag?

You delete a tag by clicking on the bin behind the tag. At the top of the list, you can choose between Webcare or Campaign tags. It is not possible to edit an existing tag.
