Introduction:

We have some exciting new features for you again! Our team has working hard on functionalities that will help you better support your customers. Major developments in the Bots platform, useful tweaks in Engage and more. Keep reading to discover the latest developments! 


New!

Here it is: the OBI Bots Marketplace!  Would you like to use a chatbot, but don't have the time and resources to write the dialogues yourself? Or do you already have a chatbot and want to expand its capabilities? In the Bots Marketplace, you'll now find a library of template dialogues that you can add to your bot with just one click. Building or expanding a chatbot for live chat and WhatsApp has never been easier. 

Our Bots team has worked hard to create the most common dialogues for you. For example: 

  • A welcome dialogue
  • Gathering standard information such as name, adres or postal code
  • Information about opening hours
  • Feedback requests 
  • Dialogues for specific target groups like municipalities and government

All of this and much more is currently available in Dutch and English and is constantly expanding. The marketplace is now visible to everyone in the Bots platform. Take a look! 

See a dialogue you like? Add it to your chatbot easily and free of charge! All you have to do is place the dialogue in the right spot within your chatbot. If desired, you can make minor adjustments, such as tone of voice or sequence. The bots have been tested extensively and understand customer questions, even if they are formulated in various ways. 

 


Futhermore, the Analytics module  in OBI Bots has been redesigned completely. It contains the same information, but far more user-friendly. You can now see an entire conversation at a glance, making it easy to review and improve chatbot conversations and interactions with your customers where needed. 


In your OBI Engage environment, new enhancements have made it even easier to manage your webcare. You can now resize the WhatsApp and live chat text field, allowing you to read an entire message without scrolling. A great addition in the Publishing module: you can now add PDFs to LinkedIn posts! Share even more interesting content with your target audience. 


Tagging in OBI Engage has also become more user-friendly. It was already possible to add a tag to multiple messages at once. Now you can also remove a tag from multiple messages. Accidentally clicked on the wrong tag? No worries. With one click, you can remove the tag again. That saves a lot of time! 


The functionalities of the OBI Media Monitor are also becoming more extensive and user-friendly. In the newsletter editor, you can now create your own template that is automatically used when sending out your newsletters. The post widget has also been improved.

Finally, a small platform announcement. By now you've probably heard that Twitter has changed its name and logo. We've also made this change. From now on you'll see the new logo on our Bots platform. The change will soon be implemented in OBI Engage as well.
