Product Update | 29 October 2026

In this release it lets you connect LinkedIn Showcase pages. In addition, the search overview in Media Monitor is clearer, the filter menu in Media Monitor has been improved, sending Instagram Stories has been fixed and technical maintenance has been carried out. None of these changes require any action.

New features and improvements

  • Connect LinkedIn Showcase pages: You can now also connect LinkedIn Showcase pages under Accounts. All comments on posts from a connected Showcase page come into Engage. You can view them in Streams, include them in Reports and set up Alerts for them, just like with a regular LinkedIn company page.
     

  • Search overview in Media Monitor: The overview of searches in Media Monitor > Searches has a new layout. When you open and edit a search, you immediately see which Reports and Alerts are affected by your change. You need editing rights to edit a search.   • Improved filter menu in Media Monitor: The filter menu in Media Monitor has been improved. You now filter your results directly, so you can make an accurate selection faster. Resolved issues

  • Sending Instagram Stories: When creating an Instagram Story in Publish, the Send button stayed grey. You had to switch to Feed first and then back to Story. The button is now active straight away, so you can send a Story in one go.

Maintenance and stability

  • Technical maintenance: Server maintenance has been carried out, security has been updated and the automated tests have been extended, so the software remains stable and secure.

Summary

With this release of Engage, you can also connect LinkedIn Showcase pages and receive all comments on them in Engage. In Media Monitor, you immediately see which reports and alerts are affected when you change a search, and the filter menu has been improved in the Dashboard, in reports and in alerts. You can send Instagram Stories without a workaround again. You don't need to do anything for these changes.
