Improved label management in Media Monitor

In the Media Monitor module, it’s now easier to filter and manage labels directly from the most-used views: Dashboard postings, Report postings, the posting modal, and the message view. You can now add or remove labels and filter results more efficiently without switching context.

This update is designed to help you organize and analyze content faster. By simplifying the interaction with labels and reducing the steps needed to refine queries, you’ll save time and improve reporting accuracy.

Full release notes

Improvements

  • Improved label management: Labels can now be added and removed from more areas within Media Monitor, including Dashboard postings, Reports, the posting modal, and the message view.
  • Add authors from the posting modal: It is now possible to add authors to an author list directly from the posting modal or from the message list in Media Monitor reports. Previously, this action was only available in a limited number of places. With this update, author list management becomes more consistent across the tool.

Note: The option is hidden in areas where author lists are not applicable, such as charts, task pages, and public reports.

Bug fixes

  • Webcare: Select all not working for moved messages: Fixed an issue where the “select all” checkbox skipped messages that were moved from other streams.
  • Accessibility: WCAG contrast fix in chat widget: Updated default background and border contrast to meet accessibility requirements.
  • Export bug fix: Solved an issue causing large Media Monitor exports to fail when the report title was too long.
  • Webcare: Improved widget performance: Backend optimizations were implemented to improve loading speed and reduce timeout errors in Webcare Statistics widgets.
  • ANP metadata update: Messages imported via ANP now support the updated Tags field instead of the older Keywords field. This ensures compatibility with the current ANP structure.
