Product Update November 2023

Introduction:

We have some great new features for you again! Our team has been working hard on features that will help you better support your customers. Great additions to OBI Engage, continuous improvements to the OBI Media Monitor and OBI Bots, and much more.

New!

Helping customers in OBI Engage is now even easier. Need advice or the expertise of a colleague when answering a question? You can now easily follow along in a conversation a colleague is having with a customer thanks to the new read only mode.

Small tweaks ensure that the OBI Engage platform is constantly improving. For example, we have adjusted mentions via LinkedIn so that now companies with long names are shown properly. Moreover, you can now set how a link is opened in the environment: open normally, ask for it to be opened or refuse links completely. This makes customer contact not only easier, but also safer!


A cool new development: in collaboration with our sister company Eazy, we are working hard to offer a new feature! WhatsApp proactive messaging allows you to actively approach customers via WhatsApp. Think: booking confirmations, order updates, one-time passwords and much more! Of course, we are also continuously improving the OBI Media Monitor. For instance, it is now possible to use author lists in alerts, display your top sources in a graph and sort posts by reach and date, among other things.

 

In addition, you can now set the monitoring module as the home page in your OBI environment. Log in and get started right away! Also, the new and improved newsletter editor is available in all environments. Don't see it yet? Contact us and we will turn it on for you.

In the previous product update, we told you about the OBI Bots Marketplace, a library full of free template dialogs that you can effortlessly add to your chatbot. The available dialogs are constantly being expanded. New, for example, is the election dialogue, tailor-made for municipalities. Handy for managing common questions from residents!
