Our developers have not been idle this month either. We have lots of great new features to help you make your customer contact simple, secure and personal.

New!

The OBI Media Monitor is constantly improving. New features in the monitoring dashboard help you keep an effortless and accurate eye on your reputation. Have you made a strong query that yields great results? You can now save it instantly with one click. Find it easily for later.


Author List

Just as easy: adding authors to a new or existing author list. That too can now be done with a single button, directly from your dashboard. Handy! Furthermore, you can now have searches start on a fixed date, but set a dynamic end date. For example: <1 December> to <now>. This keeps your information up to date. 


2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

In your OBI Engage environment, you can now use two-factor authentication (2FA). This extra security measure ensures that you can protect your data and that of your customers even better. WhatsApp Proactive Messaging

In the previous product update, we mentioned the new feature WhatsApp Proactive Messaging. This allows you to actively approach customers via WhatsApp. For example, nice offers, one-off passwords, information about a temporary outage and much more! Bots Marketplace

OBI Bots is also constantly being optimised. There are more and more dialogs in the Bots Marketplace and new features make automated customer service easier than ever. The new feature, Smart AI.gent, is in full swing and first customers are already sharing enthusiastic experiences. Would you like to automate frequently asked questions effortlessly using AI?
