We continue to work hard on rebranding our products to fit completely with our new Spotler house style. You may have already seen it: the Bots platform has a new logo, matching the new name: Spotler Aigent. Over the coming months, you'll see more colours and fonts change. Of course, nothing will change in terms of functionality and quality!

In the Monitoring module in Engage, we have a great new feature for you: Social Listening. Do you ever see a message pop up, but miss the context? Here's the solution. With the social listening functionality, you can view comments, interactions and associated posts. So you can get b into the whole conversation! Follow the instructions here: Social Listening
Have you deleted an account from your Publishing module, and want to add it again? You can now use synchronisation to add all your old posts back to your calendar. Very handy! Also nice: in your webcare environment, the log has been expanded. It now records when and by whom a message was moved to another stream. Never lose a message again!
