Aigent
Spotler Aigent's analytics have been expanded and improved. You can now see a distinction between sessions and conversations. A session is when a user opens the bot and a conversation is a session where there is actual interaction with the customer.
The look and feel of the graphs has also been changed; they are now interactive. Want to know more about reporting? Then read the article: Analyze overview (conversation statistics).
Webcare
Good news about Webcare! Previously, it was not possible for an agent to type a response when a user went offline for a while. The text box was blocked. Now it is possible to prepare the response and still send it when the user is back online.
Media Monitor
It is now possible to search by part of the title in the search bar of reports in the Monitoring module. Thus, an exact match is no longer required, which makes searching easier!
Publishing
A number of improvements have been made regarding Facebook mentions. The preview has become clearer as Facebook IDs are no longer shown. Also, mentions in the text are now clickable links.
