New in publishing
Good news on the publishing module! Instagram Stories statistics are now included in Spotler Engage. This gives you more insight into the performance and engagement of Instagram content.

Improvements in usability
Engage
- In the streams of the Webcare module, the option to respond to private messages from X with a public answer has been removed. This prevents confusion and keeps private messages private.
- A new fallback mechanism has been implemented for sending notifications. This way you won't miss a single notification anymore!
- In the user settings you will now find a button at the top of the page to download a list of your users. Thay way, the button no longer disappears when you have many users. Read more on managing your users here.
Aigent
- The export button in the Analyze module is back, and also including new options to select for the export. It is now possible to export the 'sessions / conversations' graph to CSV. This graph shows the number of sessions and conversations over time that the chatbot can have handled. Read more on this module here: Analyze overview (conversation statistics).

- Issue resolved about properly testen loops in a dialog, which wasn't functional before.
Engage
- Issue resolved with scrolling while the searchbar was active in the streams of the Webcare module. This now works again without interruptions.
- A fix for statistics, so that things like Facebook and X follower numbers are displayed correctly again.
