Product Update August 2024

July brought significant improvements in user experience and digital accessibility. Additionally, in this product update, you can read about other new features and announcements.

Engage

Publish

Global UTM-tagging

New in the Publishing module: Global UTM tagging. This allows you to automatically apply custom UTM tags to every link you share via Engage. You can set up Global UTM tagging under Settings > Accounts. Check the Help Center article for more information on how it works.

Automatic link shortener

More on links in the Publishing module: the automatic link shortener. It's no longer necessary to manually shorten links when composing a message with a link, as this feature is now integrated. When you publish a message, your link will be automatically shortened. You can find more information about this in our Help Center.

Instagram Threads

We have started integrating social media platform Instagram Threads. The initial steps have been taken to get this working in the Publishing module, and we aim for a release in the fall. More information will follow!

Webcare

In the Webcare module, significant performance improvements have been achieved. Performance is now more consistent, providing a more reliable user experience.

Media Monitor

In the Media Monitor module, several bug fixes have been implemented:

  • It is now possible to export messages from the widget, even when it contains a large number of messages. You will receive a notification if the limit of 20,000 messages is reached.
  • Manual sentiments in the sentiment widget are correctly displayed in the public report. Read more about adjusting automatic sentiments here.

Aigent

Digital accessibility

Within Aigent, a lot has been done in the area of digital accessibility to ensure that more content is picked up by screen readers. You can also make adjustments yourself to ensure that your widget complies with WCAG.

Do you use custom CSS for the design of the widget? Then some changes might be required. You can tell this by the colors changing to the default colors. Check the template CSS file in this Help Center article.

Filtering

It is now possible to filter various dialogs in the marketplace. You can filter by channels, languages, and themes, allowing you to find and use your desired dialog more quickly.

Here’s what’s coming soon!
