Redesigned time picker in Publishing
The time selection component in the Publishing module has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and improved usability. It provides a more intuitive experience when selecting times for content scheduling.
Role-based editing rights for Media Monitor queries
Editing rights for saved queries in Media Monitor are now role-based. Only users with the same role as the original query creator can edit or delete a query. Other users can still open it in read-only mode.
Icons and tooltips clearly indicate when editing is restricted.
Media previews for platform-synced content
The Publish module now displays image and video thumbnails for all supported platforms when content is imported via platform sync. This includes content from Threads, TikTok, Instagram and more. Thumbnails are visible in both the Content calendar and the post overview, offering a clearer and more visual experience when reviewing external content.

Improvements
-
Search across multiple months in the content calendar: In the Publishing module, the content calendar now supports multi-month searches. Previously, search results were limited to the currently selected month, making it difficult to find older campaigns or scheduled posts further in the future.
This update makes it easier to locate content without having to manually click through each month. Whether you're reviewing past campaigns or preparing for what’s ahead, results are now displayed based on the last edited date, giving you a faster and more flexible way to work with your calendar content.
- New filter to view untagged messages in Webcare statistics: A new filter in the Webcare statistics lets you view messages without tags. This helps you quickly identify and clean up gaps in tagging and improve the accuracy of your reports.
- TikTok comment mentions are now supported: Mentions in TikTok comments will now be detected by Spotler Engage. You’ll receive a notification when your brand or username is mentioned, just like on other supported channels. This ensures that important interactions in TikTok comment threads aren’t missed.
- LinkedIn reactions in PWA Webcare streams: The Progressive Web App now supports viewing and adding reactions (like, celebrate, support, etc.) to LinkedIn messages, ensuring a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
- LinkedIn data collection refined: We’ve moved to a centralized retrieval system for LinkedIn data. This reduces the risk of missing or inconsistent data and simplifies future upgrades.
- Improved filtering for Source platform, Country, Author, and Website: In the Media Monitor dashboard, filtering behavior has been improved for several fields. After selecting one or more options, all other values will now remain visible, allowing you to select or deselect multiple filters more easily. This update improves consistency across filters and reduces the need to reopen selections when refining your view.

The new Progressive Web App (PWA) experience explained below is currently in beta and available to a limited number of customers. A wider release will follow later. The current improvements only apply to this beta version.

Beta: foundational changes for the new mobile experience (PWA)
We’re preparing for the future of mobile usage in Spotler Engage by exploring a new Progressive Web App (PWA). The goal is to modernize the mobile workflow, simplify updates, and reduce technical limitations of native mobile apps.
As part of this beta, the following improvements have been made:
-
Read-only claimed conversations: Just like on desktop, conversations claimed by others can now be viewed in read-only mode.
- Unsaved changes warning: A warning appears if you try to leave a message without saving changes.
- Today button fix: In the Publishing list view, the button now correctly jumps to today’s date.
Note: There is no general rollout yet. The PWA is currently in testing and not available to all users.
-
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where newly created conversation streams displayed a loader and an “undefined” message count instead of loading correctly.
- Dropdown menus now display correctly even when opened near the bottom edge of the screen, so elements won’t get truncated or hidden.
