It can sometimes occur that a scheduled post is not published on your social platform. In this article, we describe potential causes and what you can do using a checklist.
File Limit
Each platform has its own limits for publishing images and videos. If these limits are exceeded, it may result in a post not being published.
Step 1: Check the file type and file size. You can find the specific specifications per platform in this article.
Step 2: Publish the respective post directly. No result? Proceed to step 3.
Reconnect Account
Step 3: Sometimes it may seem that an account is properly connected, but posts cannot be published. As an extra check, reconnect the account.
You can reconnect the account by clicking on 'Settings' > 'Accounts' and then clicking 'Link Account' at the top right. Pay close attention to which roles the account should have access to.
Publish the respective post directly.
Note: Do not delete the account! Deleting the account will result in the loss of all scheduled and previous publications.
Note: Make sure you are an administrator and logged into the social media account you want to connect.
