Full release notes
Improvements
Reliable TikTok data inflow: A new fallback mechanism ensures no TikTok messages are lost. Even if webhooks fail, all data will still reach Webcare.
Reply to TikTok messages: You can now respond directly to comments and posts on your TikTok content from within Webcare.
TikTok in Webcare statistics: TikTok interactions are now included in your Webcare reports, offering a complete view of your social performance.
LinkedIn webhook reliability: We’ve improved how Engage handles LinkedIn webhook subscriptions by following LinkedIn’s recommended delay for new tokens. This ensures more reliable delivery of LinkedIn notifications.
TikTok invalid account alerts: Users can now receive email notifications when their TikTok account becomes invalid (if enabled), helping them quickly reconnect and stay active.
TikTok CRM integration: You can now link TikTok accounts to CRM contacts in Engage, enabling a unified view of customer interactions across all platforms.
TikTok video player in Webcare: TikTok videos are now displayed with the official TikTok embedded player, so you can view them directly within Webcare.
TikTok in Media Monitor: Monitor and analyse TikTok posts in Media Monitor alongside other social channels for a more complete and competitive overview.
Enhanced SDK feedback: Advanced users using the SDK will now receive notifications when their Pusher connection drops, reducing the risk of unnoticed message failures.
Reach metric fix for Instagram & LinkedIn: Reach data now displays correctly for posts on Instagram and LinkedIn, providing accurate audience visibility metrics.
Improved mobile experience: Common actions such as “complete” and “mark as spam” are now directly accessible in the mobile view
Bug fixes
- Sent-out KTO messages via WhatsApp are now visible in the stream.
- Fixed a bug where the wrong language version of a multi-template message sometimes showed in the stream (the correct version was still sent).
- Improved the model and prompt of the AI Query Builder to deliver more relevant and accurate suggestions.
- Charts now render correctly inside filter modals in public-facing reports.
- Empty white space in mobile views has been resolved, providing a cleaner layout and better usability.
- The KTO logic has been moved to a separate package, improving build times and maintainability by reducing code entanglement within the API solution.
- A visual bug causing certain widgets to display as empty or stuck in a loading state has been fixed. Narrowcast widgets with only one message will now render correctly and consistently.
