You can use Engage on your mobile device via the Engage PWA (Progressive Web App). This replaces the old iOS and Android mobile apps. You can access the same features as before, with improved performance and future support.

What is a PWA?
A Progressive Web App is a mobile-optimised web version of Engage. Instead of downloading an app from the App Store or Google Play, you access the app via your mobile browser and add it to your home screen. This gives you the same experience as a native app, without needing to update anything manually.

What can you do with the Engage app?
Publish content where you are
- Create and publish posts directly from your phone.
- Manage existing content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Threads.
- Use approval flows and publish to multiple channels in one go.
Webcare on the go
- Respond to messages on social channels or Live Chat.
- Assign messages if you're not sure how to respond.
- Switch easily between channels and filters.
How to install the app on your phone
You can use the new Engage app directly from your mobile browser. To make it easier to access, you can also install it to your home screen like a regular app.
Installing the app means:
- Faster access without needing to type in the URL
- A full-screen experience without browser buttons
- Automatic updates: no need to visit an app store
Follow the instructions below based on your browser and device.
Android (Chrome)
- Open your browser and go to: https://horizon.obi4wan.com/m
- If prompted, tap "Add to Home screen" in the banner that appears.
- If no banner appears, tap the menu (three dots) in the top right corner.
- Select "Add to Home screen" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm by tapping "Add".
iPhone (Safari)
- Open Safari and go to: https://horizon.obi4wan.com/m
- Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- Confirm by tapping "Add".
Note: On iOS, the top part of the install message is always shown in English. The button and description below will follow the language of your device.
Other browsers
Some other browsers such as Edge and Firefox also support installing PWAs. If supported, you’ll see an "Install" button or banner at the bottom or top of the screen. Simply click the "Install" button and follow the prompts to add Engage to your home screen.

Note: The legacy Engage apps in the App Store and Play Store are deprecated and will be removed. We recommend all users switch to the PWA as soon as possible.
