In Spotler Engage you link a Trustpilot account via Accounts, so that reviews from that account are automatically imported and monitored within Engage. Once the account is linked and the correct keywords have been set up, you can find the Trustpilot reviews and respond to them directly from within Engage.

Complete all steps for a correct link
A Trustpilot account will only work correctly in Spotler Engage after you have completed all the steps below. If you skip a step, the reviews will not be retrieved or linked to the account correctly.
Linking a Trustpilot account
- Navigate to Accounts.
- Click on + Link account.
- Select Trustpilot as the account type.
Use the exact account name
Copy the account name exactly as it appears in the URL of the Trustpilot account, since this name determines which account and which reviews are linked. For example, if the URL is https://www.trustpilot.com/review/obi4wan.com, the account name is obi4wan.
Having keywords added
The name of the Trustpilot account must be added as a keyword before the account will work properly. You cannot set this up yourself. To do so, send an email to support@obi4wan.com and indicate that you would like keywords added for the linked Trustpilot account.
Finding Trustpilot reviews
Once the Trustpilot account has been linked and the keywords have been added, you can find the reviews using a search query. For a linked account named obi4wan, for example, use account:"obi4wan" AND bronsoort:review. This search query shows messages that originate from the linked account, where the source type is a review. Test the search query via Quick search.
Responding to Trustpilot reviews
In addition to monitoring Trustpilot reviews, you can also respond to reviews directly from Spotler Engage, without going to Trustpilot separately. You respond via a stream. See How do I create a new stream? for creating a stream.
