In Engage, you can enable or disable AI for your entire Engage environment. You manage this in the General settings. If you disable AI, the AI prompt in Media Monitor, Insights in Media Monitor and the AI helper in Publish are no longer available to users in that environment.
The AI setting determines whether users in Engage can use AI features. The setting applies to the entire environment, not per user. This allows your organization to decide for itself whether AI is used within Engage, for example based on internal policy.
Disable AI in Engage
Go to the General settings in Engage, navigate to the AI setting and uncheck it.
Click Save at the bottom of the page. If you don't save, the change will not be applied.
Which features stop working when AI is disabled?
If you disable AI, the following features are no longer available:
- The AI prompt in Media Monitor
- The AI helper in Publish
- Insights in Media Monitor
