You link a LinkedIn account via Settings > Accounts > Button: Link account. Then choose LinkedIn.
Only LinkedIn business pages are allowed to be linked to Engage (no personal profiles).

Link LinkedIn account
Step 1: Open the environment in the regular Chrome browser, not in incognito mode. Make sure you are logged in as an administrator in the LinkedIn environment on www.linkedin.com in a new tab in Chrome.
Step 2: Click on the 'Connect Account' button at the top of the Accounts page (do not click 'Remove' and then 'Connect Account').
Relink LinkedIn account
Applicable as you have previously linked this LinkedIn account to your Engage environment. Please ensure that you connect the account without deleting it. Deleting an account will result in data loss, and you won't be able to report on it in OBI4wan anymore. Reconnecting the account refreshes the connection.
Set LinkedIn permissions
If you still haven't succeeded in connecting LinkedIn correctly, we need to reauthorize the permissions. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the 'Me' icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Step 2: Click on 'Settings & Privacy' in the dropdown menu.
Step 3: In the left sidebar, click on 'Data Privacy.'
Step 4: In the 'Other Applications' section, click 'Change' next to 'Permitted Services.'
Step 5: Click 'Remove' next to the service to disconnect your LinkedIn account.
Step 6: Reconnect the account via 'Settings' > 'Accounts' > 'Connect Account.' Be sure to monitor which roles have access to the account.
